General Terms & Conditions

Applicability: These terms apply to all reservations and quotes.

  1. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  2. Mileage Restrictions: Each vehicle may have specific mileage restrictions.
  3. Point-to-Point Services: These services in our limos may be available on weekend evenings at our discretion.
  4. Service Delays: We are not responsible for service delays due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Traffic congestion
    • Road conditions
    • Vehicular malfunctions
    • Weather
  5. Safety Concerns: If at any time the chauffeur feels threatened or detects potential danger to themselves or other passengers, they may cancel the ride without a refund.
  6. Valuables: We are not responsible for any valuables left in our vehicles. All items brought inside the vehicle are at the discretion of their rightful owners.
  7. Drug and Alcohol Use:
    • We strictly enforce governmental regulations regarding the use of drugs and alcohol.
    • There is a zero-tolerance policy for alcohol consumption by anyone under the legal drinking age of 21.
    • Use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of services with no refund.
    • There is absolutely no smoking of any kind in any of our vehicles.
  8. Passenger Injuries:
    • We are not responsible for injuries resulting from physical altercations between passengers.
    • We are not responsible for injuries due to intoxication.
  9. Passenger Capacity: Chauffeurs cannot exceed the maximum capacity of passengers in vehicles as it violates state law and our insurance guidelines.
  10. Holiday Surcharge: During holidays, celebrations, and observances, there may be a surcharge in service fees to incentivize our chauffeurs to be available during these times.

 

Hourly/As Directed Reservations:

  1. Cancellations: Cancellations within one week (7 days) of your scheduled event will forfeit 100% of the balance.
  2. Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled drop-off time. After each 15-minute interval, if you are still using the vehicle, you will be charged an extra hour.
  3. Gratuity: Gratuity is at your discretion; however, we request an industry standard 20% minimum.

 

Airport/Point-to-Point Trips:

  1. Departures/Point-to-Point: We offer a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled pick-up time. After the 15th minute, a per-minute waiting fee will be applied, calculated at the vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60.
  2. Airport Arrivals: We offer a 30-minute grace period after your flight lands. After the 30th minute, a per-minute fee will be applied, calculated at the vehicle’s hourly rate divided by 60.
  3. Stops Along Route: Any stops requested will result in a minimum fee of $25, which may increase based on the duration and location of the stop. If there is more than one stop, the trip will convert to an hourly reservation with a minimum 3-hour commitment.
  4. Gratuity: Gratuity is at your discretion; however, we request an industry standard 20% minimum.

 

Cleaning/Damage Fees:

  • $300 for cleaning due to sickness
  • $25 per broken/missing glassware
  • $250 (minimum) for damaged CD/DVD/Radio Unit/TV or any other electronic device
  • $25 for a missing AUX cable
  • $50 for cleaning due to excessive food mess, at our discretion
  • $300 (minimum) for rips or tears to upholstery/leather
  • $150 for ripping tint off windows
  • $100 cleaning fee for any kind of smoking
